This involves connecting them with providers, coordinating services, building their capacity for independence, and troubleshooting challenges. Essentially, we are the 'glue' that holds your support system together to help you achieve your personal goals.

-NDIS Plan Navigation:** We explain your plan, budget, and how funding works.
 
-Provider Connection:

We help you find and connect with appropriate local NDIS providers and community services.
 
Support Coordination:

We arrange schedules, set up service agreements, and ensure that services work together effectively.
 
Capacity Building:

We teach you skills to manage your own supports and live more independently.
 
Goal Achievement:

We work alongside you to utilize your plan in reaching your unique goals.
 
Issue Resolution:

We address unexpected events, crises, or changes in circumstances as they arise.
 
Plan Reviews: We prepare you for NDIS plan reassessments.

When i got a call about an NDIS Coordinator who felt unsafe, I drew on my old experience as a first responder and special needs bus driver to help the client achieve their goals. She’s Safe has now partnered with CabemCare, a trusted NDIS provider that started in Greater Sydney in December 2022 and is now serving nationwide.

The success I've experienced stems from a meticulously planned approach. While the process has been challenging, the results have validated the effort.
