As a Support Coordinator primarily focused on Australia’s NDIS, we assist participants in understanding and utilizing their plans effectively. Our aim is to connect them with services, manage budgets, build skills, and achieve their goals. We serve as guides in coordinating providers, resolving issues, and promoting independence, offering different levels of support to meet complex needs.

  • Understand Your Plan: Help you understand your NDIS plan's goals and funding.

  • Connect with Providers: Find suitable service providers (therapists, support workers, etc.).

  • Coordinate Services: Arrange schedules, set up service agreements, and ensure services work together.

  • Build Capacity: Teach you skills to manage your supports and become more independent.

  • Problem Solve: Address challenges with service delivery or unexpected events.

  • Prepare for Reviews: Help you get ready for NDIS plan reviews and meetings.
